The popular tourist road trip route in Germany goes by the name of Romantische Strasse (or The Romantic Road). The Romantic Road of Germany will take tourists on a road trip through the country’s most idyllic environments.
Vineyards, medieval towns like Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and the breathtaking view of the soaring Alps will create an eclectic experience as you travel. The route covers around 240 miles of road, so make sure you’ve got all your travel paperwork in order in the case of an emergency or accident.
Normandy, France
Normandy is a great place to take your time enjoying the culture and community of the area. History enthusiasts, get excited for a visit to the coast of the infamous D-Day landings so long ago. The small, seaside towns that run along the coast are excellent little spots for respite.
